For the June 2018 Edition of the bloggers happy hour, organized in partnership with the cool folks at Kafunda Kreatives, we shall be chatting with Paul Kisakye who recently released a new book titled ‘On Writing: A Beginner’s Guide to The Craft’.
Paul is a writer and editor. He spends most of his days trying to save the world by reading, writing and helping other people realize their writing dreams. He is the author of the Tech Explorers League series, a series of science fiction novels for kids. Apart from great stories, he also loves food and music.
Have you ever sat in front of your computer, staring at the blinking cursor on a blank white page, wondering how in the world you are going to string a gazillion words together to make a book?
Do you develop a numbing fear every time you think about writing, yet the desire to write won’t be silenced? Have you turned procrastination about writing your book into an unhealthy habit? Or have you put together a huge mass of words that refuse to make sense even to you?
Then you are the person Paul wrote this book for. What you have is a knowledge gap and reading this short, simple book will close that gap. COme for the UBHH this Thursday and meet Paul, tap into his experience, ask all the questions you might have about the writing process and buy a copy of the book. There’ll also be the usual healthy doses of networking, banter, and merrymaking.
See you there.
